New Materials for New Paintings

Here is one of my newer experiments. While I am working on more traditional paintings on stretched canvas, and even stretched plastic, I am also exploring more unusual materials to make paintings with. This does not look like a traditional painting but it is substrate and organized pigment. This piece also hangs on the wall like a traditional painting. I am using cement, rocks, spray paint and flashe.
